Ubex is a global decentralized advertising exchange where companies advertise effectively, while publishers profitably tokenize ad slots on their resources.

Project stage

Detailed description

Ubex project is a global, decentralized exchange of programmatic advertising based on neural networks and smart contracts.

The mission of Ubex is to create a global advertising ecosystem with a high level of mutual trust and maximum efficiency. Advertisers can automatically purchase ad slots using the Ubex system. Payment is made upon fulfillment of targeted actions by users. Procurement of advertising takes place in real time using programmatic technology on the basis of neural networks with the application of smart contracts.

Ubex proposes to solve advertiisng problems by combining all the advantages of programmatic technologies, neural networks and smart contracts in a single system. Through this approach, Ubex provides a transition from the traditional pay-per-click scheme to the payment for targeted actions, which is the most fair and interesting model for all market participants.

For users:

  • Irrelevant and annoying advertisements being displayed.
  • Overpayment for products / services, due to multiple intermediaries and high commissions.
  • High risks due to scammers’ use of coercive and provocative methods of advertising.

For advertisers:

  • Uncertainty of achieving results as advertisers are forced to pay for clicks and displayed ads without a guarantee of actual sales.
  • Difficulty in figuring out all available advertising channels, leading to the need to hire marketing staff.
  • Ineffectiveness of some advertising channels, which only becomes apparent after the budget has been spent.

For publishers:

  • Struggle to find advertisers to fill all ad slots.
  • Low earnings and inability to forecast future payments from advertisers.
  • Payment delays and non-payments from dishonest advertisers.

Ubex solves the problems of the industry through the use of neural networks and blockchain technology.

Maximizes - Advertisement purchasing efficiency through:

  • Self-learning neural networks, which leads to substantially better targeting and absence of necessity to spend on ad tests.
  • Transition to the Pay-Per-Result model of ad purchases.
  • Elimination of intermediaries between publishers and advertisers, which leads to lower commission rates.

Minimizes - Participants’ risks through the application of blockchain and smart contracts. Blockchain gives an opportunity to:

  • Track each target action and store the results in a database transparent for all participants.
  • Create trusted reputation ratings used by the neural core for advertisers and publishers.
  • Create mechanisms for guaranteeing mutual settlements (ESCROW, crypto factoring).
  • Tokenize ad spaces for publishers and pay in advance in UBEX Tokens.
  • Realize distributed data mining for consumer-related information used by the neural core.

Automate the interaction of advertisers’ offers and publishers’ websites
Using neural networks and accumulated data, select the most relevant advertising content at any given moment in time to a particular user, maximizing the probability of obtaining desired results.

Significantly reduce commissions by removing the middlemen
Eliminate all indirect links between advertisers and publishers by applying smart contracts for all types of tracking, thereby increasing the economic efficiency of cooperation.

Create an opportunity for publishers to tokenize ad slots
Using all available statistics from advertising websites and participants within the exchange, provide a forecast of potential earnings and an opportunity to collect it in advance if the reputation is high enough.

Develop a multi-layered system of platform participant reputation rating
Implement a system of rating advertisers and publishers, which will be stored in the blockchain along with the full history of their operations, to prevent fraud and to enable a mechanism of dealing with the most trustworthy partners.
