Overview

ACGN is created to use blockchain technology, a revolutionary technology and thinking, to cover the digital content industries.

Detailed description

ACGN is a decentralized content distribution system which will be established to protect the rights and interests of content creators and content copyright. The ACGN platform will be open to professional content organisations and individual creators, allowing content creators to become the owners and traders of their own contents and truly maximise content value. The ecosystem of the ACGN will be developed based on the existing Ethereum blockchain and smart contracts. The ACGN will support smart contracts, so that digital content creators can issue their own Tokens in the ways such as a crowdfunding fiction, an animation, and even a well-known KOL itself, based on the ACGN.

ACGN hereinafter referred as Accessible content Global Network is aiming to provide content creators and producers (organization or individual) with IP rights for their work and enhance the monetize reward as they deserve. First ever Ethereum based blockchain startup dealing with digital content distribution using decentralized technology. Besides that common users may comment and crowd-fund on creator’s work.

Problem

There are many problems in digital content industry:

Privacy and Infringement
The low cost of infringement and high cost of rights protection in the digital content industry poses severe challenges to IP protection. In spite of legislations and government policies, as well as internal actions of various platforms, IPR violation remains rampant.

Lack of Incentive Mechanism for Content Generation
Content generation platforms in the world with Internet advertising and fee-based viewing as major income sources, do not maximize the value of content creators, but only contribute profits to the centralized platforms relying in their own ecosystem. The rights of content creators and the value of the content itself are ignored.

Limitation of Content Selection by Monopoly of Centralized Platforms
Many high quality contents do not have access to marketing platforms and traditional content distribution channels, so that many creators with potential ideas are unable to publish their outstanding contents.

Solution

ACGN allows content producers to control their own content wealth and achieve true ACGN is committed to building a new content distribution system, while opening up to professional content agencies and individual creators. The open digital content distribution platform protects the rights of content producers and content copyrights; the decentralized trading system platform services content resources for transaction and value-added, thereby stimulating the redistribution of value in the content industry. ACGN allows content producers to control their own content wealth and achieve true 'content is king'

Features
